Once you submit a new client registration please wait until you receive an email indicating your account has been approved before continuing or attempting to login. Once you receive that email you may login with the temporary password assigned to you; you will need to change this password upon logging into your account for the first time.
Follow the steps in the welcome email to complete your profile.
Once you have completed all “tabs” through the payment tab you may request services. We bill every Monday for closed invoices from the prior week (Monday - Sunday) You can elect to pay any invoice and charge your card yourself, if you choose. You may modify any invoice to add a tip if you elect to tip your sitter on your card, as we do not add tips for our clients.
Upon entering your first service request we will identify an available sitter who will contact you directly through the Time to Pet portal to schedule a meet and greet. The meet and greet is at no charge to you as the client.
We request that all changes and/or cancellations to your schedule be requested through Time to Pet Portal rather than direct text to your sitter so that our administrators can make the necessary changes to your schedule.
If you have any questions during the process feel free to give us a call. We ask that all written communication go through the Time To Pet portal.
