With your Client Portal you can update your personal details, add pet profiles, review our documents section, and submit service requests. Pretty convenient. The Documents section is your go-to to review the Pet Care Services Handbook, find a copy of the Insurance Certificate, and other informative items such as descriptions for each service we provide, add-on services, and a copy of out Pet Parents Perks! program. 'Documents' are located in 'My Info' by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
