To use your account and get started, please visit the following portal link that you will receive in your direct email to activate your account and login with your email address and temporary password provided.
*Please sign and acknowledge the Service Agreement. After that, please follow the steps below to help us get to know you and your pet(s) and the best pet service for your needs:
1. Start adding your information and pet information in the ‘My Info’ and ‘Pets’ tabs
2. You can request meet N Greets and Pet Services in the ‘Schedule’ tab, by then clicking the blue ‘+ Request Service’ button
(There is also a Client Mobile App you can now download, and login using your existing Client Portal login credentials)
In the portal/app - you can update your information, view and send messages, request services and pay invoices! If you have any questions, please send The Sporty Dog a message in the "Conversation" tab of your Client Portal. This message goes directly to us and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can. We will approve all requests within 48 hours or during office hours 9am-5pm M-F.
Hi there,
We are very excited to announce that our pet sitting software has implemented a new payments tool designed to make processing payments easier for our customers and more reliable for our business. This new tool has some great features like auto card updater (which makes the process of updating expired cards super easy) and support for Google and Apple Pay. Clients can make payments with any major credit card as well!
With our new payments tool, we are asking our customers to update their payment method. If you could please navigate to the Invoices section of the Client Portal or the “Payment Methods” section in the Client App (found in Settings) – you can update your payment method right from there.
