Once you have the app downloaded, you will be able to log in to 'The Pet Pawfessional' portal and enter/view your information. Not a fan of apps on your phone? You can also access your client portal using your web browser from your desktop or smart device.

I appreciate every referral I get! I will give you $10 off your next booking if the referred pet owner books with me. When referring another pet owner, direct them to my website which has all the information they need to get started.
NEW CLIENTS
If you were referred to me, or picked up my card out in the community, be sure to schedule your complimentary Meet and Greet first.
Once we complete your Meet & Greet, feel free to book your pet(s) for services. When I see your request come through, I will approve it. If I am not available for the dates/times you request, I will contact you directly.

You are welcome to use the app chat feature, or text me directly at 480-221-9457 with service requests and questions. I am happy to book services for you if that is your preference.
PAYMENTS
Once your pet(s) are booked, I will send over an invoice for you to review and approve via email. You can also view invoices and past services in your client portal/app.
Payments can be made via the app pay feature, or you can make payments via venmo using @thepetpawfessional.
