Please only request services through this app! We cannot guarantee any service that is not booked through our booking software. Please do NOT book directly through your pet sitter, as that is a violation of their agreement with us and leaves you unprotected. Booking through this platform allows us to keep track of all of our booking requests and ensure that no pet goes uncared for! Our insurance will not cover bookings made off this software.

We highly recommend downloading the "Time To Pet" mobile app for free on the app store. This app is user-friendly and will help you keep track of your info as well as receive visit updates. All of our communication is through this app. This is how you and your pet sitter will communicate.
