Welcome to Miami Cat Sitting & Home Care! Please follow the three easy steps on the onboarding tool before scheduling your required initial meet-and-greet consultation.

1. Complete the Client & Pet profiles
Remember to include each member of your furry family.
Tip: CC email = Sharing Visit Report & Photos

2. Review and Sign
Service Agreement, Key Release Form, Veterinary Release Form.
Payment Authorization Form is optional until making a reservation.

2. Arrange means of access to your residence (key, card, fob, or codes).
During the consultation, we will collect the key and other items needed to access your home.
*Option booking Key Pick-Up/Drop-Off as an add-on service.

4. Schedule your meet-and-greet. (Required)
Message us on the portal, and please provide three preferred dates and times. We will confirm availability within 24 hours.
