Please download our app, Time To Pet. Log in using the same email address and password that you used when you crated your account. Your pet sitter will send you a message after each visit with pictures that will be pushed right to the app. The app is also the best way to manage your Time To Pet account while you're away.

Once you login you can update your temporary password to your preferred password. If you have any questions feel free to respond to this email.

Once logged into your account, please create a pet profile for each pet. Please be as specific as possible with feeding and medication instructions. Also fill out the need information under the My Info tab, including the House Instructions box.
