Welcome to the Fluffed Petcare LLC family! Let’s get started on creating your account in Fluffed Petcare's Client Portal!
Once you add your personal and pet information, you can create your first booking and schedule your free meet-and-greet. Use the instructions below to create your first booking! We suggest installing the Time To Pet mobile app for the best experience on your mobile device. Don't hesitate to email us with any questions at support@fluffed.pet.
1. Navigate to the "Scheduling" button or tab on your Time To Pet Homepage.
2. Click the "Request new service" button. Select the date(s) you need services for. Proceed to the next page.
3. Select the pets and type of service you are requesting. If you request a 60-minute service, select the service with the 60-minute time slot to ensure it is added to the scheduler accordingly.
4. Select the time blocks you are requesting the service be performed.
5. Submit your request and wait for approval to be added to the Fluffed Petcare calendar.
6. Once approved, your invoice will be emailed to you with details for the scheduled service. You can pay the invoice using a saved credit/debit card or ACH payments in the TTP portal. We also accept cash, check, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle payments. Arrange for these types of payments at the time of booking and the invoice will be marked as fulfilled.
