While you wait for our response, there are a few things to go over before your first booking. First off, we just wanted to say thank you to everyone for using Dexter’s Dog House. We have come a long way, and it’s all with the help and support of all our clients. We love and care for each pet like our own and want to make sure your pet feels right at home. We are a cage/crate-free home environment where the pets can roam free.

All bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the requested walk. We like to give our walkers the schedule in advance so they can plan their route accordingly.
Our system blocks anyone from booking same-day requests after 8 am.
We understand life happens, so for any last-minute request, Message/Text either one of us, and we can find a solution.
Please note there is a late fee of $10 for services booked 4 hours before requested.

We offer our clients and walkers timed window frames.
If the desired walk is at 12 pm, our walker has a window of 1 hour before and one hour after to complete the desired service, meaning the earliest they can get there is 11 am, and the latest is 1 pm. This is so our walkers can plan out their routes accordingly and make the most of their day. If your dog is on a schedule, please mention it in the notes, so we know the walk time is not flexible.

If you would like a pack walk, we would need to see your dog's temperament around other dogs. A free meet and greet are offered for that. Please message us for more details.
